(AGI) Londra - Il premier britannico David Cameron comparira'
giovedi' prossimo, in qualita' di testimone, davanti alla
commissione d'inchiesta che indaga sullo scandalo
intercettazioni che lo scorso anno sconvolse i media
britannici. Lo si apprende dalla lista di testimoni pubblicata
sulla pagina web della Commissione Leveson. Lunedi' saranno
ascoltati il cancelliere dello Scacchiere, George Osborne e
l'ex premier laburista Gordon Brown, mercoledi' sara' il turno
del primo ministro scozzese, Alex Salmond.
Il governo Cameron e' stato spesso sotto attacco per una
serie di rivelazioni gli stretti legami del premier e di alcuni
ministri con l'impero mediatico di Rupert Murdoch. In
particolare il leader conservatore si e' dovuto difendere
dall'accusa di essere amico del magnate australiano e dell'ex
direttrice di News of the world, ora in carcere, Rebekah Brooks
