Determinato a rimettere in sesto il gioco, il ragazzo ha tenuto con sé alcuni pezzi di Jumanji, all’insaputa dei suoi amici. Mentre tenta di riparare il videogioco nel seminterrato di suo nonno, Spencer viene nuovamente risucchiato in Jumanji e quando Bethany, Fridge e Martha giungono sul posto, è ormai troppo tardi: il gioco è iniziato. I suoi amici si imbarcano in una nuova avventura per tentare di salvarlo, ma non saranno soli questa volta. Sentendo un gran frastuono proveniente dal seminterrato, il nonno di Spencer e il suo amico di Milo (Danny Glover) scendono a vedere cosa sta accadendo e vengono inconsapevolmente catapultati anche loro in Jumanji.
