Intense day for the Studio d’Arte Gentile Polo in the Monday of the Angel, Easter Monday of 02 April, which confirmed the enthusiastic taken by the painter Antonella Bosio of the “task” to choose and bring together five of the best Lombardi artists for the artistic group from Trentino – Lombardy scheduled for the month of September in Trento (Italy).
The artist Antonella Bosio is Milanese by birth but for years she moved to the charming Desenzano del Garda. In his training we find a diploma at the Liceo Artistico (initially opposed by parents who, like many, did not believe in a possible future in the field of art) and later the Faculty of Architecture. With the Degree he concentrates in the profession of interior architect and interior decorator. The need to paint springs powerful following particularly difficult moments, such as the loss of her husband, finding a shelter in color but also an emotional care and outburst, so much so that one can speak of color therapy.
And when we talk about love for color we can not but associate the artist who has made color his own life, the Rotal painter Gentile Polo, with whom the artistic meeting with Antonella Bosio becomes fatal during the events of Beach Arts by Falcon Arts. The result is a great friendship, with artistic exchanges and important collaborations among which the next collective could not be missed, which will be held in the Archaeological Area of Palazzo Lodron in Trento (currently owned by the Volksbank bank).
To confirm and organize the event, we of the Art Studio Gentile Polo went to Desenzano del Garda. After a warm welcome by the artist and his two dogs (the oldest, to be honest, very content … let’s say that it is in the old phase of life so that “enough that you eat” and the world can do what he wants) we waited for a fellow Dutch painter to head for a picnic in the hills around Desenzano.
In the frame of an old manor house from the rooms and corridors delicately painted with floral motifs and thinking herons or in flight, luxuriant olive trees protected by traditional dry stone walls, in a cozy inner courtyard where the sun lazily marks the time on an ancient sundial in beard to the summer time, we grilled and happily convivial. Between a plate and a session of painting and drawing in freedom, the artists Gentile Polo and Antonella Bosio have agreed to participate in the artistic group of May in Trento.
The trip was therefore pleasant and fruitful and could only see us at the Studio d’Arte Gentile Polo return to the base more than satisfied.
