The Studio d'Arte Gentile Polo is pleased to present the event that inaugurates the XIV DAY OF CONTEMPORARY: the "Borgo Contemporaneo" of Castellaro Lagusello (Mozambano, MN - Italy)!
From 13 to 14 October the medieval village of Castellaro Lagusello (MN) becomes a "Borgo Contemporaneo" (Contemporary Village) of the Arts between performance, participated art, literary cafes, exhibitions of painting, sculpture, photography and much more!
Inserted in the Mincio Natural Park, Castellaro Lagusello is an ancient fortified medieval village dating back to the eleventh - twelfth century, among the best preserved with pebble walls in Guelph merlion, remains of a keep, several towers among which the highest is that of the clock, placed in defense of the double door to the north that gives access to the heart of the ancient village, culminating in Villa Arrighi Tacoli.
The Clock Tower, which with the project "Una torre per l'Arte" (A tower for the art) is enriched with contemporary art exhibitions, as well as being the tallest of the village with its 27 meters allows the view of a 360 degree panorama culminating in the romantic heart-shaped morainal lake currently the Natural Reserve of the Castellaro Lagusello moraine complex.
The old married the new therefore transforming Castellaro Lagusello in the "Contemporary Village" of the arts for the XIV Contemporary Day called by a.m.a.c.i. (Association of Italian Contemporary Art Museums).

- Finally, the Contemporary Literary Cafe with Arte Partecipata.
From October 13th to 14th, live with us the "Borgo Contemporaneo" of Castellaro Lagusello and become part of the event: Performance, Participated Art, Dance, Literary Cafés and much more for the fun of the whole family!
The event, organized by the indefatigable artist and architect Antonella Bosio, is completely free and close to a convenient and ample parking just a few meters from the center.
Only access to the clock tower, and to the current Vecchiato exhibition, requires a minimum entrance for the maintenance of the structure, a contribution also given by the sale of colorful magnets created and made available by the young artist Sarah Mutinelli.
In order to allow good visibility to the works on show at the Tower, some paintings will be exhibited outdoors.
From October 13th to 14th we are waiting for you at Castellaro Lagusello for the 14th Giornata del Contemporaneo of a.m.a.c.i. in the "Borgo Contemporaneo" (Contemporary Village) of the arts, in continuous hours from 10.00 to 20.00!
