The ANTOLOGIE LUNARI (Lunar Anthologies) by the artist Gentile Polo have enriched the event
Vòlti alla Luna (
Turned at the moon) which took place on 28, 29 and 30 June in Roveré della Luna (Tn, IT).
The "Volti alla Luna" (
Vòlti it means
turned at but also
cellars with barrels vault) event, now in its 18th edition, offers music, dance classes, gastronomy for all tastes and splendid exhibitions of contemporary Trentino art.
Among the important art exhibitions this year, the personal ANTOLOGIE LUNARI of the international artist Gentile Polo found widespread acceptance at the headquarters of the former Rotisserie of Roveré della Luna, right in the center.
As the title suggests, "Lunar Antologies" brings together the artistic evolution of the artist Gentile Polo, from the first ink drawings of his early years and from the vague Picasso inspiration, to classic school watercolors up to the turning point in maturity followed by seven years of volunteering in Ethiopia, in the Dawro Konta region.
The evolution of the watercolor from the classic drawing to the vivacity and fullness of the African sun, from the use of all the prefabricated colors to the exclusive drawing of the three primary colors combined by overlapping to recreate the illusion of the other colors is immediate and palpable and surprising, never predictable.

At the Art exhibition ANTOLOGIE LUNARI (Lunar Anthologies) it was also possible to admire part of the wall created for the international exhibition "Il Muro al muro" (The Berlin Wall banned) held at Thun Palace in Trento (Italy) for the 30th Anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall and, for the first time ever, the sculpture that will come exhibited for the next charity edition of “Anime senza voce” at the Palace of the Tennis racket in Ferrara.

The exhibition Lunar Anthologies of the master Gentile Polo has received a wide appreciation from the public that has approached with curiosity and has freely placed wide-ranging questions to the artist.
