ART TO ... HIGH VOICE AGAINST ABUSE!

ALTA VOCE (High voice) inaugurates the 2019 edition of the international artistic event "Anime senza voce" (Souls without a voice) born to denounce and combat child abuse. (In the photos: from the left, the official poster of the event and the organizer of the ALTA VOCE art exhibition, the Architect Antonella Bosio)   The setting of the event is the beautiful medieval village of Castellaro Lagusello (IT), which rises on a morainic hill of Lake Garda and overlooks a romantic heart-shaped lake lying within the Natural Reserve of the Mincio Park. The "Anime senza voce" (Souls without a voice) 2019 edition will open its doors on August 9th at 6.00 pm through the streets of the medieval village thanks to the tireless efforts of the architect Antonella Bosio, who will also contribute as an artist. (In the photos: views of the medieval location of Castellaro Lagusello) The purpose of the event is to involve the wider public towards a topic that is unfortunately ever present in child abuse (physical and / or psychological) through the sensitivity of art and the unique personality of the participating artists. There are several important names that will exhibit for the benefit of the collective. Many women artists will be exhibiting, including the architects Alda BAGLIONI, a teacher of art at the Bonporti middle schools in Trento, the Austrian-Swiss Brigitte OSTWALD and the same Antonella BOSIO; the watercolorist Renata DI PALMA, Angela MARCHETTI, graduated in Visual Arts and Graphics at the San Carpoforo Academy of Brera (Milan, IT), the portraitist Nadia SOARDI, the contemporary Barbara TISOCCO, the material artist Paola TOFFOLON and the painter Luisa IZZILLO graduated in Art and Goldsmithing at the Pietro Selvatico Institute in Padua. In the masculine field, the artists of great depth selected are the young talents of Francesco PIRACCINI and Paolo PUDDU, graduates respectively from the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence the first and Naples the second; and the most experienced international artist Gentile POLO, who has been active in volunteering for several years. (In photo: Music Art and Sport united for young people in the original KENTON DUNLOP Light 3 tennis racket sculpture in wood, rope, plaster and Murano glass by the artist Gentile Polo for the 2019 edition of “Anime senza voce”)     In addition to the artists on the board, it will be possible to admire a two-handed choral project by the Peruvian photographer Carmen LUZZARDI, in 2011 the Nocivelli Prize for photography, and the painter from elsewhere Beatrice ZANARDELLI, a graduate in Visual Arts and Decoration at the Free Academy of Fine Arts of Brescia. The collective for charity is curated, as well as by the enterprising Architect Antonella Bosio, also by the historian and art critic Benedetta Antonia SALVI, Master in Management in Cultural Heritage and Services in Brescia and active since 2006 in various museums and cultural events Lombard.
"Being able to create bridges between visual art and the visitor through a written text, which makes it possible to find a reading key, is what I like best and satisfies me." (N.d.t)
