Butterfly wings, to fly at the Kunst Grenzen-Frontier Art Gallery

Ali di farfalla (Butterfly wings) is the artistic event that, on the occasion of Women's Day, from 6 March will tell the story of women at the Kunst Grenzen-Frontier Art Gallery.   The butterfly, an archaic symbol of the soul that is reborn through the positive metamorphosis of itself, is a very representative symbol of female resilience in history, with particular regard during this long and exhausting pandemic period. The Kunst Grenzen-Frontier Art Cultural Association found it natural to pay homage to women with a collective exhibition that brings together Italian and foreign artists who have made their art and sensitivity available to the event. Sculpture, painting, photography and drawing tell in "Ali di farfalla - Butterfly Wings" the feminine in history, in the social, in the news and in its most proper and intimate essence; to the works of the artists is also added a tribute to fashion and the image of women in the early 1900s with a synthesis of photographic postcards and philatelic material of the time granted on display courtesy of two private collectors. The "Ali di farfalla - Butterfly Wings" event saw the collaboration of the Municipality, Pro Loco and Cassa Rurale di Rovere della Luna, Event Art, artists and friends who in various ways contributed to the realization of the event; special thanks to the Trentino artist Paolo Ober who created the graphics for the event.
