A world of colors ... at the Pocket Art Studio gallery with Mega Art

“A world of colors” (Original Title: "Un mondo di colori") opened on Saturday 17 April 2021 at the Mega Art gallery in collaboration with the Pocket Art Studio in Rome (Italy).     The Mega Art gallery refers to the association of the same name that groups various artists around the figure of the painter Claudio Giulianelli (Rome, 1956 -). Claudio Giulianelli attended a chemical institute, but his strong passion for Caravaggio's painting technique and the art of Flemish masters such as Hieronymus Bosch (pseudonym of Jeroen Anthoniszoon van Aken), Jan van Eyck and Pieter Bruegel Senior, push him to deepen his passion. Decisive for the development of his style were the meetings with Delfo Previtali, painter of cinematographic poster design, and Guido Razzi (Rome, 1934 - 2020), artist Bolaffi 1977 and assiduous collaborator with the bimonthly magazine "Civilization of machines" of contemporary culture Francesco d'Arcais. He founded and directs the Mega Art Association which in 2017 became an Art Gallery based in Corchiano (Viterbo) and collaborates with the Pocket Art Studio Gallery to create, among others, the latest collective event: “A world of colors” ("Un mondo di colori"). Among the foreign artists who accepted the invitation to the event we can mention: Alexandra Petropoulou from Greece, Carolyn Starr Ellis from the USA, Cynthia Ray from Spain, Gregg Simpson and Miguel Barros from Canada, Guikni Rivera from Mexico, Jana Kamaradova from Czechoslovakia, Kurdish Rifaae from Syria. Among the Italian painters, in addition to Claudio Giulianelli himself: Alexandra Palazzino, Gabriella Sterzi, Cristina Paoluzzi, Ornella De Rosa, Albino Palamara, Aldo Masciangelo, Alex Di Meglio, Claudio Castellani, Cuono Gaglione, Enrico Bosi, Enzo Briscese, Raffaele Starace and the master decorator Gentile Polo.    (In the photo: work of the Trentino artist Gentile Polo "Still life" in watercolor acrylic and gold on jute for the collective event UN WORLD OF COLORS at the Pocket Art Studio Gallery in Rome. The work is currently also on display in the virtual gallery 3D “Exhibition of the founding members Kunst Grenzen 2020” on the free platform Artsteps).   The group exhibition concluded the exhibition on Friday 23 April with good public access.
