Broken lives: shots and words to remind us that we are not alone

"Broken lives: shots and words to remember that we are not alone" is an art project for the month of "Woman" inaugurated on Saturday 5 March 2022 at the Kunst Grenzen-Frontier Art Gallery in Rovere della Luna (Trento, Italy). Born from an idea of the writer Claudia Vazzoler and the photographer Chiara Manente, the event creates a combination of photographs and texts taken from the writer's published works and which are semantically linked to the portrayed situation which accompanies it. The focus is obviously on the "Woman" with portraits, details, unexpected but very thick photographic cuts, passing from black and white to color on the subject in relief, while the combined texts tell the viewer's heart that violence is not always visible. and unfortunately it still lurks in our society in progress which we struggle to adapt to because the stereotypes of the image are artificial, realities are perennially connected on a global level but hyperconnection, if on the one hand unites, also makes individual lives isolated, which beyond the web they are no longer able to communicate or show their true essence. We live in an unconscious media loneliness that is revealed in relational difficulties, in aggression in the face of real difficulties to which we are losing the constructive instinct of evolution to seek positive solutions for us and the other from us, to the point that a denial or the end of a relationship blocks the discernment of one's actions and, in still too many cases in the world, they push violence towards the other or even towards the loved one. The project by Chiara Manente and Claudia Vazzoler also and above all wants to remember that "we are not alone" and that there is the free number 1522 - ANTI-VIOLENCE, a public service promoted by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers - Department for Equal Opportunities, active 24 hours a day 24. "Broken lives: shots and words to remind us that we are not alone" launches the stone at the dialogue with the public so that the positive wave can move the veil of silence that makes us move for distant wars but close our eyes to the suffering of the closest people , almost an irrational fear of being involved and being harmed instead of providing help ...   However, the photographic exhibition is also attractive to photography purists and the occasional public. The event "Broken lives: shots and words to remember that we are not alone", inaugurated on Saturday 5 March at the Kunst Grenzen-Arte di frontiera Gallery, opened with the greetings and compliments of the authorities, including the Mayor of Rovere della Luna Mr. Luca Ferrari, the Regional Councilor Mr. Lorenzo Ossanna, the President of the Pro Loco Mr. Marco Gruber and the President Kunst Grenzen Gentile Polo, who did the honors, while the poet Kunst Grenzen Angelo Magro and the theater actress Maria Pia Zanetti presented the poetic event that completed the evening: "Cambiamento" by Thomas Daddezio. "Change" is the title of the collection in which the South Tyrolean poet Thomas Daddezio extracted a few verses to tell the other "half of the sky" and bring a message of hope that is the same as the exhibition "Broken Lives" or that change is possible , for ourselves and for others and that it is the little drops that make the ocean big, so a big change can happen if many small steps are taken in that direction. The exhibition "Broken lives: shots and words to remember that we are not alone" will be open until 26 March 2022 at the private gallery Kunst Grenzen-Arte di frontiera (Italy, TN - Rovere della Luna, Villotta Str. 7 / A) at the following times: SATURDAY 15.00 - 19.00 SUNDAY 10.00 - 12.00 / 15.00 - 19.00 Monday closed) From TUESDAY to FRIDAY by appointment (Tel. 335 6079154 Mr. Gentile Polo or by e-mail: kunstgrenzen20artedifrontiera@gmail.com)
