From 11 March to 2 April at the Kunst Grenzen-Arte di Frontier Gallery, “BUTTERFLY WINGS” will be on display in support of Women victims of violence, with particular reference for the 2023 edition to the policy of violence and repression currently underway in Iran.
For the Vernissage on Saturday 11 March, Kunst Grenzen is pleased to announce the Performance of the dancer MORGANA FURLANI, who will dance to the tune of “Baraye” (from the Persian “because of”) current anthem of the riots in Iran.
Morgana Furlani began studying classical dance as a child and later modern dance. In 2015 she obtained the Pilates Matwork and graduated in Contemporary Dance at the Liceo Coreutico Bonporti in Trento. In 2020 she obtained the diploma of Teacher of Modern Dance, in 2021 she trained in Movement Pedagogy at Choronde Progetto Educativo in Rome and in 2022 she obtained the diploma as Teacher of Classical Dance Vaganova method.
Since 2005 she has been the founder of the Sincronia Danza Association in Levico Terme which since 2015 has supported «Doctors with Africa Cuamm», the oldest voluntary association in the health field. The school is affiliated with «Danze Italia» and the Federazione Trentina Scuole di Danza.
From 2022 she opens DEMO – Space for Gesture and Matter in Caldonazzo as artistic director.
We can only thank Morgana Furlani for her availability and the Iranian painter Setareh Rezvan, researcher with a master’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biotechnology at the University of Trento, for her precious collaboration.
The works of art of twenty-seven artists will frame the show, so it will be possible to admire works by Annamaria Adessi, Paola Gabrielli, Tiziana ‘Tirtha’ Giammetta, Margaret Nella, Sarah Mutinelli, Francesca Navone, Benedetta Jandolo, Lucia Sardagna, Renata di Palma , Luciana Zecchini, Palumbo Cristina, Roberta Zanghellini, ARIADNE (Lucia Martorelli private collection), Alenis Lauri, Campana Stefano, Claudio Cavalieri, Gentile Polo, Ilario Dalvit, Lamberto Caravita, Lorenzo Pompeo Lombardo, Claudio Nicoli, Paolo Frizzera, Sandro Ramani, Paolo Ober, Mugdin Cehaic, as well as of course the paintings by the guest artist SETAREH REZVAN and by ALBA CHIARA BARONI (courtesy of the parents) the young victim of feminicide in 2017 by her suicidal boyfriend Mattia Stanga.

INAUGURATION: Saturday 11 March
- 7.00 pm, presentation of the event, with the dancer Morgana Furlani who will dance to the tune of “Baraya” (from the Persian, “because of”) the current hymn to the protests in Iran;
- 19.30, theatrical show “DONNE MIE”, with the actors Ester D’Amato and Alfonso Masi; musical accompaniment by the Amarcord trio Patrick Coser (guitar), Luciano Maino (accordion), Michele Tovazzi (double bass).

FINISSAGE: Sunday 2 April
- from 10.30, it will be possible to hear from the hands of the family of Alba Chiara Baroni, victim of feminicide in Tenno in the tragic summer of 2017 by the suicide boyfriend Mattia Stanga, the raw testimony of their painful experience and of the solidarity project started in the name of the victim.
