Marco Veronese tells his … "bitter fate" at the Kunst Grenzen gallery

The tour of editorial presentations continues at the Kunst Grenzen Gallery in Rovere della Luna (Trento, IT) with the South Tyrolean poet Marco Veronese who will present the poetic sylloge "Bitter destiny" (Amaro destino) on Friday 16 June. Born in Bolzano in 1968, under the zodiac sign of Aries, Marco Veronese graduated from the "Claudia de' Medici" Institute of Secondary Education for Human Sciences, Services and Tourism and after various careers he arrived in 1997 to work at Röchling Automotive S.r.l. of Laives (Bolzano) which processes customized plastic materials for vehicles, pharmaceutical packaging and industrial applications. How does one arrive at poetry through studies and works with very concrete applications? Through the need for inner rebirth, even stronger in people who go through moments of strong emotional impact firsthand. In the case of Marco, married and father of a family, it is the sudden awareness of having an addiction born, as for many young people, by chance or that with alcohol. Going through all the phases of denial, awareness, therapy, relapse, personal and family crisis, analysis and rebirth, Veronese goes through twenty years of battles and thanks also to the help of the HANDS Center for Research and Interventions for Alcohol Problems and Framacodipendenza of Bolzano and to poetry he manages to reconnect the invisible threads of his own path. From 2021 he began to publish some compositions on the Poetichouse website and in 2022 he sent his first collection "Bitter destiny" (Amaro destino) to print. Next appointment Friday 16 June at the Kunst Grenzen private gallery with the collaboration of the cultural association Kunst Grenzen-Arte di Frontiera aps and Lettera 7 of Laives (BZ, IT). Mediator of the evening will be Roberto Marino of the Letter 7 Association and all those present will be invited to contribute a poem or text on the subject; to follow the author Marco Veronese will be available for the autograph session and the evening will end with the classic Kunst Grenzen buffet with the artist. The editorial presentation of "Bitter destiny" (Amaro destino) at the Rovere della Luna gallery (Trento, IT - 38030 Rovere della Luna, Villotta Str. 7/A) is sponsored by the Municipality and Pro Loco of Rovere della Luna, Cassa Rurale Val di Non Rotaliana and Giovo, and will begin at 19.00 with free admission subject to availability.
