Walter Salin's guitar goes on stage on Saturday 20 July with "Superguitar Show" at the Rovere' della Luna theatre.
"Walter Salin carries out concert activity in Europe [...] He taught at the Masterclasses of the Bratislava Music Academy alongside Abel Carlevaro, at the Conegliano Masterclasses as assistant to Carlos Bonell, at the Guitar Workshops of Novacella and Merano, he was director artistic director of the International Classical Guitar Festival of Bolzano and since 2010 he has been artistic director of the national guitar festival La bottega dell'arte dei sono and of the International Music Festival at Palazzo Baisi. In 2008 he was included in the Historical Dictionary of Italian Guitarists and in 2011 in Herrera's World Dictionary. He has recorded for RAI national networks and for the cinema "(from Ente Musicale Società Aquilana dei Concerti BONAVENTURA BARATTELLI) "He was the author of the scripts for «The Jester's Lounge» for Radio Due and with the «Album delle parole» he interviewed important figures such as the neuropsychiatrist Giuliana Ukmar and the archaeologist Giuseppe Orefici, famous for his research on the Nasca and Rapa Nui ; the funniest, he assures, was the one to Letizia Buscaglione, granddaughter of the great Fred. He currently manages the YouTube channel «La Penna d'Oca», where you can find video versions of some theatrical works, such as «La Piccina Commedia» [.. .] Scratching and refined reinterpretation of modern Dante's circles, inhabited by financiers and technological prostitutes, customs, trends, procedures and VIPs destined for eternal grilling like chickens on a spit."
