- Go to the taskbar and find the Citrix Receiver button.
- When you find it, right-click on it and choose the ‘Advanced Preferences’ option.
- Navigate to the ‘About Section,’ take note of the version.
- Reach the web browser and navigate to the ‘receiver.citrix.com.’
- You should click on the ‘Download for Windows.’
- The newest version applicable to the Citrix Workspace application can be there individually.
- Then compare the version to this one.
- Now, in case the online version is another one, then download the latest version next.
- Go to the ‘Receiver button’ in the System tray.
- After that, go to the ‘Advanced Preferences’ next.
