PLOT Aladdin:
Aladdin , the live-action Disney movie directed by Guy Ritchie, sees the title character ( Mena Massoud ) as the protagonist , a lovely street boy who is anxious to give up his rogue life because he believes he is destined for something bigger . Across the city of Agrabah, the Sultan’s daughter, Princess Jasmine ( Naomi Scott ), also cultivates her dreams. She wants a life outside the walls of the palace and would like to use her noble title to help the inhabitants of Agrabah, but her father is too protective and her lady-in- waiting Dalia ( Nasim Pedrad ) never loses sight of her. The objective of Sultan ( Navid Negahban , Italian voice of Gigi Proietti ) is finding a suitable husband for his daughter, while his loyal and trusted advisor, the powerful sorcerer Jafar ( Marwan Kenzari ), is frustrated by the Sultan’s passive attitude towards Agrabah’s future and devises a plan to take over the throne.
When Jasmine visits the market disguised as a common woman, Aladdin comes to her rescue and is immediately struck by her beauty and her impetuous spirit, although she has no idea of her true identity. After following her to the palace, he becomes involved in Jafar’s evil plan and takes possession of the magical oil lamp the sorcerer wanted to take over: accidentally, Aladdin evokes the Genius ( Will Smith) that lives inside the lamp. The Genius is a picturesque and extraordinary being and fulfills the desire of Aladdin, who wants to become a person worthy of Jasmine’s love and respect for the Sultan: Prince Ali. While Aladdin and the Genius become friends, Jasmine also suffers the charm of the boy.
