Secondary School Students: The Secondary School students who are in the senior secondary classes and are 16 or above in age can work part-time for twenty hours per week when the classes are going on and full-time in Christmas and New Year’s vacations. However, if you are less than 18 then you need to have the consent of the parents to work during the session but not in case of holidays.

Demand of the Course: If your course demands you to work so that you can complete your education then the government allows you to work in such case.

Working on completion of the course: If your course is over but your study visa is still valid, you can work but the terms and conditions will be same as before which is 20 hours a week in normal days while full-time in the holiday times.
