(ASCA) - Roma, 13 giu - ''Approvato lo schema di piattaforma
per il rinnovo del contratto dei lavoratori dei porti che
interessa circa 10mila addetti del settore''. E' quanto
riferiscono unitariamente Filt Cgil, Fit Cisl e Uiltrasporti
sottolineando che ''il testo approvato verra' sottoposto nei
prossimi giorni alla consultazione dei lavoratori''.
''Con il rinnovo del contratto - scrivono le
organizzazioni sindacali di categoria nella premessa alla
piattaforma - prosegue il percorso gia' avviato con i
precedenti contratti, volto a consolidare le regole e le
tutele specifiche del lavoro in porto, ad aumentare le tenuta
del sistema e lo sviluppo delle imprese, con un sempre
maggior coinvolgimento dei lavoratori sulle scelte di natura
organizzativa''.
''Il contratto - sottolineano Filt, Fit e Uilt - e' anche
una priorita' per rispondere alla grave crisi economica con
regole omogenee e condivise. Nello specifico del testo per
quanto riguarda il welfare - sottolineano le organizzazioni
sindacali - si punta a conciliare le norme che regolamentano
le esigenze sociali, sanitarie e familiari con le esigenze
organizzative dell'azienda''.
Inoltre ''nella parte dedicata al mercato del lavoro viene
confermata la specificita' del lavoro nei porti, anche alla
luce delle nuove normative di regolamentazione''. ''Obiettivo
del contratto - sostengono infine Filt, Fit e Uilt - anche il
miglioramento e l'aggiornamento dei livelli di salute e
sicurezza sul lavoro e della formazione professionale,
attraverso l'introduzione di precisi standard, permanenti e
certificati, nella fase di inserimento ma anche per tutta la
durata dell'attivita'''.
