CARLO PARLANTI FREE

We don’t know if you are informed about Carlo Parlanti’s case. He is an Italian programmer, jailed for two years now in Ventura county after a trial for rape, not so clear in its procedure.

On October 25th, thanks to the precedent represented by the Cunningham case in January 2007, Carlo Parlanti would be resenteced. we use the conditional form of verb cause there's a discrepancy between our embassy, which says that the risentencing is on November 7th and Ventura's court which says that it will be tomorrow at 16:00.

Carlo Parlanti, at the moment, is in confinement in an hospital, and we don’t know why. He is not allowed to talk with his family and our Ambassy can seldom get in touch with him only for a few minutes at a time.

On October 1st, when the resentence was first postponed, the session had been anticipated because of the number of registration requests.
