Ripopola Sadali

Sadali is a wonderful mountain village, a true natural oasis, unfortunately in the process of depopulation. It is important to revive it.

Plants and animals spontaneously provide fuel, fertilizer, work the soil, controlling pests and weeds, allow the recycling of nutrients, habitat enrichment, aeration of the soil, fire prevention and erosion and so on . For us, plants, animals and men are considered equal value without discrimination of any kind. We respect life harmonious surroundings. One simple way of life, free from many sensory stimulations that disorient us in the civilized reality, it is good for us, without removing abundance and comfort.

La domanda deve essere presentata dopo la nascita del bambino e il beneficio decorrerà dal mese successivo a quello della domanda.

BONUS RESIDENTI

I Bonus Residenti sono accumunati da questi 3 requisiti:

• Trasferimento della residenza da un Comune con popolazione superiore ai 3000 abitanti al Comune di Sadali da non oltre 6 mesi;

• Avere nel Comune di Sadali la disponibilità d’uso di un immobile:

• Contratto d’affitto regolarmente registrato presso la nuova residenza;

• Avere la disponibilità d’uso di un immobile e che ricorre una delle seguenti condizioni:

- Proprietà dell’immobile;

- Comproprietà dell’immobile;

- Usufrutto dell’immobile;

- Coabitazione con un residente.

Le domande devono essere presentate al momento dell’accoglimento della residenza, e quindi entro 6 mesi.

BONUS FAMIGLIA

• € 200.00 al mese per 24 mesi.

Requisiti:

• Residenza, ossia essersi trasferito stabilmente a Sadali e qui di aver eletto il proprio domicilio fisso e stabile ( cioè per “ gran parte della settimana” ).

BONUS SCUOLA

• Tale Bonus possiede gli stessi requisiti del Bonus Famiglia, con l’aggiunta dell’iscrizione scolastica dello studente.
