Ho pensato di tradurre in inglese il nodo centrale di questo blog, giusto per fare in modo che anche le persone di un'altra nazionalità che visitano il nostro blog capiscano a cosa ci riferiamo e contro chi stiamo protestando....

Well, hi guys! Probably you have just understood what's the meaning of this blog... TO SAVE ROME MASTER SERIES. I'm talking about tennis, and the tournament that will take place in Rome next may (2009). This tournament is part of the history of both Rome and tennis, and now there is the risk that it will not take place.

The mayor of Rome think that the new stadium is not good, so he has stopped the renovation of it. But the workers are working for a year, and a lot of money has been spent. So, why stop? If the new stadium will not be ready in 2009, the ATP could move the tournament to another city, because ATP wants stadium of almost 10.000 people.

Rome has this tournament since 1935. If you understand what this means, you can also understand why we have opened this blog. We are trying to contact the mayor, the federation, all the people how can save the status of the tournament. If you want to contribute, feel free to post here.

We need the help of eveyone, because Rome is the history of Master Series, and the politics CAN'T ruin the history.
