The world in controlled by Islanders, if you check history and current affairs you will see that the islanders have and are controlling the destiny.

The french empire was controlled by an Islander , Napoleon ruled all over europe and he was born and grown in Corsica. The mentality of the French comes from this emperor who managed to give the french the Islanders mentality.

The English empire which controlled all North America and Asia , Australia and New Zealand was run from an Island which still nowdays is in charge of all affairs in Europe and which by its mentalitity they are in europe for the aconomic side of it and with North America as a general interest.

The problems lies when one Island is trying to control another like in the case of Great Britain controlling Ireland, It is impossible to do, one Islander cannot control another as they have the same mentality and the same condition.

North America, the USA runs and controls the world, but it has a  problem only with a very small Island, Cuba has managed and continues to manage and worry north america. With so many Islands in Central America only CUBA has managed to stand by against the USA.

Italy, a peninsula that controls two big islands, but is it the case of Italy controlling the islanders or the islanders controlling the peninsula. The reality is that the two Islands "Sicily and Sardinia" have controlled and are controlling the peninsula. 

Cyprus, a split between Greece and Turkey for so many years it is still a problem for these two countries.

Hong Kong, for so many years has controlled the destiny of Asia both economically as politically, it is now part of china but it continues to run as an indipendent entity.

Japan, so many times has fallen and son many times has risen, they have tried to split them up, it was subject of the worst crime made to human beings, two atomic bombs had to be dropped to stop them fighting during the world war II in Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

Canary Islands, they are near north Africa but these belong to Spain, is it a case of Spain controlling the Islands or Canary Islands controlling Spain in anything they need to do.

The list of Islands worldwide is extense and in each case you can find many things in common.

You do not need to be an Islander to run,work or lead, the mentality of Islanders is used by worldwide leaders worldwide.

The main ideas are;

• Everything that comes from another country is bad and need to checked prior to start doing anything with it.
• We are the best, more intelligent and capable, the rest do not have any culture
• Arrogant and self believer on anything they do
• Join any association, club, business to be inside to listen and provoke, do not follow but lead any ideas.
• Join any political party, work from inside, lead and manage, history has proven that Islanders have been leaders in the past and at the moment, they have run the peninsula as Presidents, prime ministers, emperors, dictators, workers syndicate leaders, Political activists.

Therefore if you use the islander mentality you will lead, manage and control, let them think they are controlling you but at the end of the day it is you who are controlling them.
