Filipino boxing hero Manny Pacquiao said his confidence is at 100 percent as he left no stone unturned while preparing for his March 15 rematch with WBC super featherweight king Juan Manuel Marquez.
"This time, I am very focused and prepared. My confidence level is at 100 percent," Pacquiao was quoted as saying in a report posted on www.philboxing.com .
Pacquiao added that he is very much prepared to go toe-to-toe against Marquez whom he first fought in 2004.
The Filipino bomber said he renewed his focus at training this time as he admitted that Marquez is no easy opponent. He trained a full two months under the watchful eye of coach Freddie Raoch.
"This is why I really gave it my all in training this time. I told myself to feel how it was when Manny Pacquiao was just a struggling and poor fighter who was hungry for a win and determined in every fight," said Pacquiao.
When asked bout his coming in at 133 pounds in the mandatory weigh-in over the weekend, Pacquiao jokingly answered: "Baka mahirapan pa ako diyan trying to lose three pounds in a week?"
He said he feels good and is eating well and there has been no reason to restrict his diet.

Marquez: Age no factor
Some local sports analysts see the Pacquiao-Marquez fight going the Filipinos way as he is the younger fighter among the two. Marquez is already 34 while Pacquiao is just 29.
Marquez, however, believes age would not be a factor when he faces Pacquiao.
In a transcription of his pre-fight press conference posted on www.philboxing.com , Marquez said he is even a stronger fighter now compared to the first outing with Pacquiao four years ago.
"My age won't be an issue in the fight. I can tell you right now that I feel better than ever. I feel so strong, so prepared for this fight," he said.
He added that his rematch with the Filipino bomber will be different compared to their first meeting since both him and Pacquiao have improved through the years.
"Well it's going to be different because, obviously, it's now four years later, and I have acquired more experience�¦ I think I have more speed. Manny Pacquiao has also changed. He has become a different fighter. Because of the styles, that's why I'm saying that it's going to be totally different," said Marquez.
He admitted that Pacquiao is a "very fast and strong fighter" but he said he has done the necessary adjustments.
"He has strong punch and that's all I can I worry about. But I'm prepared and I'm ready for that. I have done a pretty good enough job in the gym conditioning that I think I'm going to win. I'm going to win. I have everything to give Manny Pacquiao," said Marquez.
