Abbyy FineReader ti aiuta a risparmiare tempo quando devi convertire documenti cartacei in documenti digitali. Automatizza il processo di riconoscimento del testo, evitandoti la necessità di riscrivere tutto con la tastiera

Abbyy FineReader è una completa applicazione OCR, ovvero di riconoscimento di caratteri. In pratica ti permette di scannerizzare o fotografare un documento cartaceo e convertirlo automaticamente in un documento digitale, risparmiando un bel po' di battute sulla tastiera.

In realtà non è strettamente necessario utilizzare un dispositivo di acquisizione: basta una qualsiasi immagine per iniziare a lavorare con Abbyy FineReader Professional. Naturalmente più è alta la qualità del documento che si vuole convertire, più è preciso il programma, anche se durante i nostri test abbiamo ottenuto buoni risultati anche con immagini non eccelse. Oltre al testo, Abbyy FineReader riproduce l'impaginazione del documento iniziale. In caso di imprecisioni, l'editor interno permette comunque di aggiustare molti aspetti in pochi secondi.

Una volta acquisito il documento è possibile salvarlo nei formati più comuni: testo, PDF, documento Word, file Excel e molto altro ancora. Tutte opzioni a portata di clic: l'interfaccia è semplice da utilizzare e per iniziare a lavorare con Abbyy FineReader Professional non bisogna certo essere degli esperti.
