(ASCA) - Roma, 31 ott - I sindacati hanno interrotto la trattativa sugli esuberi con Bpm. Lo annuncia la banca in una nota spiegando che ''le Organizzazioni Sindacali, tramite la diffusione di un comunicato, hanno chiuso la trattativa nonostante molte richieste fossero gia' state recepite dall'Azienda; la motivazione di tale gesto e' probabilmente ascrivibile all'impossibilita' di trovare una visione univoca anche da parte delle stesse sigle presenti al tavolo. Motivazione che comprendiamo ma che non puo' travalicare l'interesse delle lavoratrici e dei lavoratori di Bpm''. ''La proposta presentata da Bpm, infatti - prosegue la nota -, ha riguardato lavoratori che hanno maturato il diritto ad andare in pensione cui l'azienda ha offerto gli incentivi (nella misura richiesta dai sindacati) affinche' potessero decidere di uscire dalla Banca avendo vantaggi ulteriori rispetto al trattamento pensionistico di cui avrebbero goduto. Allo stesso modo Bpm, che per 'spesare' tale operazione avrebbe potuto investire oltre 180 milioni, ha proposto di incentivare (sempre nella misura richiesta dai sindacati) l'adesione - che si conferma solo volontaria - al Fondo di Solidarieta', rinunciando all'iniziale intenzione di ricorrere agli esodi obbligatori. Tale scelta avrebbe altresi' consentito a Bpm di liberare risorse per assumere giovani qualificati, ottenendo allo stesso tempo l'abbattimento dei costi che il mercato richiede''. ''Apprendiamo dal comunicato che le organizzazioni sindacali convocheranno a breve le assemblee - conclude Bpm -; la Banca auspica che, nel prosieguo, grazie allo spirito cooperativistico che contraddistingue la Banca, i colleghi e i sindacati, il buon senso della maggioranza possa prevalere''.
