“A lesson in dance music”: perfetta sintesi di ciò che il britannico duo, tra acid house, techno, breakbeat, dub, propone per la spiaggia di Rio de Janeiro. Il primo disco annovera numerosi “classici” di grandi protagonisti che segnarono i tempi che furono di una decade e più fa: Marshall Jefferson, Lil Louis, così come François K e Eddie Flashin Fowlkes. Insomma, un ottimo viatico per comprendere da dove proviene l’odierna musica elettronica, questa è la giusta “introduzione”. Il secondo disco, invece, è maggiormente proiettato sulla scena dance del momento: Phonique, Hug, Guy Gerber, Henrik Schwarz, Tiga, fino ad arrivare agli immortali Richie Hatwin e Adam Beyer, senza tralasciare le stesse produzioni del duo britannico, autori di un lavoro variegato, seppur omogeneo a tratti. “Must have”.
