Torino, 31 gen. - (Adnkronos) - ''Nonostante le condizioni economiche siano ancora negative, soprattutto in Europa, non ci saranno chiusure di impianti ne' esuberi''. Lo sottolinea il leader della Fismic, Roberto di Maulo, al termine dell'incontro tra Sergio Marchionne e i sindacati, Giuseppe Farina per la Fim, Eros Panicali per la Uilm, Giovanni Centrella per l'Ugl, Francesco Scandale per l'Associaizone Quadri e Di Maulo per la Fismic, nel corso del quale il presidente di Fiat Industrial ha illustrato i dati del bilancio 2012 approvati poco prima dal cda.
Si e' trattato del primo incontro dedicato esclusivamente a Fiat Industrial, dato che precedentemente i risultati del gruppo che riunisce Cnh, Iveco e Fpt Powertrain venivano illustrati insieme a quelli di Fiat.
''Nel corso dell'incontro - ha proseguito Di Maulo - e' stata confermata la positiva performance di Cnh soprattutto per quanto riguarda le macchine per l'agricoltura mentre quelle movimento terra mostrano qualche difficolta' dovuta alla crisi che interessa il settore delle costruzioni. Inoltre, ci e' stato detto che anche il piano di Iveco sta procedendo positivamente e che, in considerazione dei risultati raggiunti, si e' deciso di distribuire il dividendo agli azionisti''.
