ROMA (Reuters) - Il Consiglio dei ministri è convocato domani alle ore 9,00 per l'esame del decreto con "misure urgenti per la crescita".
Lo dice una nota di Palazzo Chigi.
Evidentemente alla fine la Ragioneria generale dello Stato ha superato le perplessit avanzate nei giorni scorsi sulle coperture del provvedimento, messo a punto dal ministro dello Sviluppo Corrado Passera.
Mano a mano che si accavallano le diverse bozze emerge tuttavia il progressivo ridimensionamento degli interventi contenuti nel decreto.
Il caso più emblematico è il capitolo incentivi. La primissima bozza prevedeva un credito di imposta sugli investimenti in ricerca e sviluppo del 30%, riconosciuto su una spesa annua di massimo 600.000 euro annui. L'ultima versione disponibile parla di un credito di imposta del 35% per le nuove assunzioni di "profili altamente qualificati", con un limite massimo pari a 200.000 euro ad impresa.
L'ultima bozza circolata prevede anche la possibilit di ridurre a 7 dalle attuali 12 miglia dalla costa il limite per il divieto di prospezioni offshore. Se passasse nella forma attuale, il decreto farebbe anche salvi i procedimenti di rilascio delle concessioni off-shore in corso.
