(ASCA) - Ropma, 12 ott - ''La riduzione delle prime due aliquote dell' Irpef, rappresenta un segnale di cambiamento del sistema fiscale che auspicavamo da anni''. Lo dichiara in una nota il Segretario confederale della Cisl, Maurizio Petriccioli, con delega alle politiche fiscali. ''Dai nostri primi calcoli sia le famiglie monoreddito, sia quelle bi-reddito, avranno, a parita' di detrazioni e deduzioni, lo stesso risparmio sull'Irpef ,che, vogliamo ricordare, rimane una imposta individuale sui redditi. E' chiaro che se non ci fosse stata questa diminuzione dell'Irpef, la situazione sarebbe stata ben peggiore con l'aumento dell'Iva di due punti, previsto dalla manovra dello scorso anno''. ''Ora e' necessario- sottolinea Petriccioli- che si continui ad intervenire per spostare il carico fiscale dal lavoro e dalle pensioni, verso le grandi manifestazioni della ricchezza, come nel caso della Tobin Tax, delle rendite e dei patrimoni''. ''Riteniamo- conclude Petriccioli- che queste misure possano rappresentare un importante primo intervento che nel futuro dovra' essere ampliato con un'ulteriore diminuzione della pressione fiscale per i contribuenti, liberando, cosi', risorse per rafforzare consumi ed economia e sviluppando il contrasto all'evasione fiscale''.
