Si dice che per scegliere nel modo giusto chi ci governerà,sia necessario puntare sulla personalità ed il fegato,nel proporre riforme innovative,dei leader della coalizione di turno.Incominciamo a vedere cosa significa,a mio avviso,avere il coraggio sufficiente per formattare il terreno,oramai arido,su cui posiamo i piedi.Solo riscrivendo totalmente le regole dell’attuale sistema,sarebbe possibile restituire ai cittadini la fiducia,loro rubata tanto maldestramente.Cerco di schematizzare,per quanto possibile,i punti da cui si dovrebbe iniziare.1. Ogni eletto non potrebbe restare in carica per più di due legislature;garantendo in questo modo il vero rinnovamento.2. I nostri rappresentanti,eletti democraticamente,conserverebbero lo stipendio della loro professione,senza altri privilegi,se non quelli derivanti da un integrazione di emolumenti,in grado di coprire le spese per i soggiorni fuori sede e le relative spese di viaggio.3. I contributi pensionistici dovrebbero essere gli stessi della professione di origine di ciascun parlamentare,nella misura del periodo che si rimane in carica che,come specificato nel primo punto,non potrebbe superare le due legislature;con la possibilità di raggiungere la pensione all’età prevista per la propria attività di origine.Solo in questo modo, li sentiremmo persone normali,come gente tra la gente;non più classe arroccata nel palazzo del potere,quella che a tutto oggi viene definita,a torto o a ragione,vedete un poco voi, la divina casta.
