Roma, 28 nov. (LaPresse) - "Il Governo crede che il Servizio Sanitario sia economicamente sostenibile attraverso operazioni di riorganizzazione e ristrutturazione che non sono tagli ai servizi, ma sono la loro ottimizzazione". Con queste parole il ministro della Salute, Renato Balduzzi, ha commentato la dichiarazione del Presidente del Consiglio Mario Monti, in diretta a 'Prima di tutto', trasmissione di Rai Radio1. Il ministro, inoltre, ha sottolineato però che nel caso in cui non si intervenisse attraverso una riorganizzazione complessiva del Ssn "dal 1 gennaio del 2014, sulla base di scelte effettuate nel 2011 dal precedente governo, noi avremo due miliardi di nuovi ticket aggiuntivi".
"Personalmente penso che questo non sia sostenibile. Sarebbe insostenibile per il sistema, insostenibile per i cittadini, insostenibile in sé in quanto incentiverebbe molti cittadini ad andare a cercare altri nuovi ticket - aggiunge Balduzzi - alcuni farebbero fatica a pagarli e quindi verrebbe messo in discussione proprio il loro accesso al diritto alla salute, altri andrebbero a cercarsi la soddisfazione delle prestazioni altrove, nel privato, e questo finirebbe per diminuire e indebolire il servizio sanitario nazionale".

Il driver di Heppenheim ha coronato la sua strepitosa annata con un paio di prestazioni eccellenti.

(AGI) - Washington, 28 nov. - Il presidente degli Stati Uniti, Barack Obama, ha espresso la speranza che il Congresso trovi entro Natale un'intesa che consenta di scongiurare il 'fiscal cliff', un macigno da 600 miliardi di dollari tra tagli alla spesa automatici e aumenti delle tasse che rischia di abbattersi sull'economia americana se Democratici e Repubblicani non troveranno un compromesso. "Il nostro obiettivo finale e' un accordo che ponga il nostro deficit sotto controllo nel lungo periodo in modo equo e bilanciato", ha dichiarato Obama dalla Casa Bianca. "Sono convinto che entrambi i partiti possano accordarsi su un piano che consenta cio' nelle prossime settimane. Di fatto il mio auspicio e' che si concluda prima di Natale" .

Roma, 28 nov. - (Adnkronos/Labitalia) - Pensare per tempo alla pensione, ma non solo. Occorre 'attrezzarsi' con largo anticipo anche per garantirsi una vecchiaia piu' serena e che non gravi sui familiari. Sembra questo l'orientamento irreversibile del welfare italiano in tempi di crisi, tagli alla spesa pubblica e di continue revisioni al sistema previdenziale e assistenziale. Tutti fattori che stanno modificando nel profondo il modo di pensare al proprio futuro, una volta che non si lavora piu': la pensione, infatti, non e' piu', come per i nostri padri, un qualcosa che viene da se', cui provvede lo Stato, ma, al contrario, va costruita e controllata per tempo. Lo stesso vale per le cure mediche e per l'assistenza: sempre piu' italiani scelgono forme private di assicurazione, sulla malattia, sulla vita e anche sulla non autosufficienza. Anche perche', come evidenzia l'indagine Forum Ania-Consumatori (rapporto Ania 2011-2012) su 'Vulnerabilita' e benessere delle famiglie italiane', il 94% delle famiglie italiane, ossia quasi la totalita', si trova in condizione di debolezza economica di fronte a spese impreviste di significativa entita': il 24% non sarebbe in grado di sostenere tali spese, mentre il restante 70% riuscirebbe a farvi fronte solo con difficolta' o con molta difficolta'. Per questo, ci si orienta verso forme assicurative e di risparmio che sono elementi ricorrenti della sicurezza e del benessere delle famiglie, come le pensioni integrative. Secondo i dati Covip, a settembre 2012, sono iscritti a forme di previdenza complementare 5.758.759 lavoratori dipendenti, tra pubblici e privati, in aumento del 4% rispetto a dicembre 2011.

(ASCA) - Milano, 28 nov - Il governo italiano non ha ancora fatto una stima sull'impatto che il nuovo accordo per il salvataggio della Grecia potrebbe avere sui conti pubblici italiani. A Chiarirlo e' stato il ministro dell'Economia, Vittorio Grilli: ''Dobbiamo ancora vedere'', ha detto il ministro a margine di un convegno sul futuro dei mercati finanziari promosso da Assonime alla Borsa di Milano. ''L'accordo - ha aggiunto il ministro - si basa in parte sulla riduzione dei tassi d'interesse dei prestiti e in parte sulla rinuncia dei profitti. Ma sono profitti - ha evidenziato Grilli concludendo - che non sarebbero arrivati in ogni caso''.
