Respira...

Sono giorni che questa vecchia canzone mi gira per la testa...una canzone di molti anni fa...legata ad un bel momento della mia vita...in cui mi sembrava di avere tutto ciò che potessi desiderare...Da allora le cose sono cambiate molto...ma ascoltandola ricordo a me  stessa di "respirare"...di vivere...perchè tutto questo è vita...ogni sensazione quotidiana bella o brutta che sia è vita...ogni giorno che vivi nel tuo viaggio ti consente di poter scegliere chi vuoi essere e dove vuoi andare per costruire il tuo futuro.Un viaggio che va affrontato giorno per giorno, anche se si ha voglia di scappare via, anche si ha un'immensa paura di crollare da un momento all'altro, perchè, come ho già riportato in un post di qualche giorno fa, citando una canzone dei Negrita "Stai tranquilla non e' niente ...e' solo vita che entra dentro ...il fuoco che ti brucia il sangue ...quella e' l'anima "...
