Londra (Regno Unito), 25 giu. (LaPresse/AP) - Fitch ha tagliato il rating di Cipro a livello spazzatura. L'agenzia internazionale ha abbassato la valutazione sul merito di credito dell'isola di un gradino, da BB+ a BBB-, mantenendo un outlook negativo. Fitch ha spiegato di aver declassato Cipro fino a un livelllo 'junk' per l'aumento della quantit di denaro necessario per salvare le sue banche che sono fortemente esposte verso la Grecia. "Le stime - ha precisato l'agenzia di rating - delle perdite e dei fabbisogni degli istituti di credito ciprioti sono soggetti a notevole incertezza". Cipro è intenzionata a chiedere prestiti internazionali sia dalla zona euro sia dalla Russia.
(ASCA) - Milano, 25 giu - ''L'industia chimica sente di meritare un posto particolare nelle priorita' del fondo per la crescita sostenibile in termini di crescita industriale''. Questa la richiesta avanzata al governo da Cesare Puccioni, presidente di Federchimica, durante il suo intervento tenuto a Milano in occasione dell'assemblea annuale della federazione. Puccioni, che ha parlato alla presenza del ministro, Corrado Passera, ha espresso apprezzamento per i contenuti del Decreto Sviluppo. Quanto, poi, alla crisi economica, il presidente di Fedechimica si e' soffermato sull'export che vede il settore registrare la piu' alta percentuale di imprese esportatrici: il 53% contro la media nazionale del 20%. Tra i problemi piu' avvertiti dal settore, Puccioni ha citato il credit crunch, precisando che ''le nostre imprese sono quasi sempre ben capitalizzate, ma i nostri clienti sono tipicamente aziende piccole con poca capacita' di credito''. Il risultato e' che ''le nostre imprese si ritrovano a fare da banca agli utilizzatori, subendo allungamenti insopportabili dei tempi di pagamento e aumento della loro rischiosita'''. La richiesta di Federchica e' dunque quella di ''una politica sui pagamenti pubblici e sul credito'' che per Puccioni ''non e' piu' procrastinabile'' ma ''deve essere il cuore di una nuova politica industriale''.
Bruxelles, 25 giu. - (Adnkronos) - La troika Ue-Bce-Fmi per la valutazione dello stato di attuazione del piano di aiuti greco sara' ad Atene "al piu' presto possibile". Lo ha confermato Amadeu Altafaj, portavoce del commissario europeo agli Affari economici e monetari Olli Rehn, all'indomani della notizia del rinvio della missione, che sarebbe dovuta cominciare oggi, a causa dei problemi di salute del premier e del ministro delle Finanze greci.
"Entrambe le parti sono interessate a condurre questa valutazione al piu' presto possibile - ha detto Altafaj - La Grecia deve affrontare i suoi obblighi finanziari e dunque e' importante che questo esercizio avvenga al piu' presto possibile". "Non e' un segreto che ci siano stati ritardi nell'attuazione del programma", ha ricordato il portavoce, ribadendo la necessita' che si faccia al piu' presto "chiarezza" su questo, evitando fino ad allora "speculazioni" su possibili proroghe al piano, come richiesto ancora due giorni fa da Atene.
