Rifiuti, 16 arresti in inchiesta Napoli su Enerambiente
NAPOLI (Reuters) - Guardia di Finanza e polizia hanno eseguito 16 ordinanze di custodia cautelare nell'ambito di un'inchiesta sulla raccolta dei rifiuti a Napoli che coinvolge la societ Enerambiente, riferiscono fonti investigative.
Il provvedimento emesso dalla procura di Napoli riguarda amministratori e soci di Enerambiente Spa - che per anni ha gestito in regime di appalto la raccolta dei rifiuti nel capoluogo campano - e dirigenti e funzionari di un istituto di credito veneziano, Banca del Veneziano, in particolare un ex direttore generale e una ex direttrice di filiale.
I reati contestati a vario titolo sono associazione a delinquere finalizzata alla bancarotta fraudolenta, truffa ed estorsione. Arresti e perquisizioni sono stati eseguiti in Campania, Puglia e Veneto. Non è stato possibile raggiungere gli interessati per un commento.
Lo scorso luglio erano stati arrestati l'ex amministratore delegato e un dirigente di Enerambiente, accusati di corruzione ed estorsione nei confronti di cooperative sociali.
L'inchiesta è partita da presunte irregolarit nelle procedure delle gare d'appalto che negli anni erano state bandite per la raccolta dei rifiuti dalla municipalizzata Asia Spa.
