JACK Entertainment LLC today announced the completion of the sale of the Greektown Casino-Hotel to Penn National Gaming and VICI Properties, an experiential real estate investment trust, for $1 billion in cash. Under the terms of the agreement, VICI entered into a triple net rent agreement favorable to Penn National, which will be responsible for real estate operations while acquiring land and real estate assets at the Greektown Casino Hotel.
