Before the seedling transplanter works in the paddy field, carefully check and tighten the bolts on the back of the seedling box, and the machine vibrates to prevent the nuts from falling off and damaging the upper slider. When the transplanter turns around, the accelerator should be reduced, and the transplanting clutch should be disconnected in time to prevent damage to the transmission universal joint.
When the vegetable transplanter operator is refilling and arranging the seedlings, stop taking the needles. When placing the seedlings, the operator should stay away from the seedling gate to prevent the needles from hurting their hands. When transferring operations, be careful not to collide with the seedling gate when crossing the ridge. When crossing ditches and waterways, planks, slow down, hold the handle, and pass slowly.
When the driving wheel of the vegetable planting machine is stuck in operation and it is difficult to move forward, stop the machine, lift the walking wheel with a wooden stick, put a wooden board under the walking wheel, start the machine, hold the handle, and automatically move the machine out.
