Alliante Station Joining Casino Near NLV

Before the dust settles on the Red Rock Resort, which will open soon in Summerlin, Station Casino is contracting to build a neighborhood casino in Aliante, North Las Vegas.

The station plans to announce today its long-anticipated deal with Greenspan Corp. to develop the Alliante Station in its 1,905-acre master plan community.

The station will build and manage the property, which is expected to have about 200 hotel rooms and 2,000 slot machines in the first phase of an expected multi-stage project. It will be built on 40 acres at the northeast corner of the Las Vegas Beltway and Alliante Parkway. 안전한 파워볼사이트

The Greenspun Corporation is owned by the Greenspun family, which owns the Las Vegas Sun.

The company owns the land. The American Nevada Company, Greenspan’s real estate development company, will donate the land for the project. The station will give cash and finance the rest of the casino with Greenspan.

The station expects to open in late 2006 or early 2007, and the casino to open by mid-2008.

The company expects Alliante station to be the next station in its plans for nearby Cazino station, after Red Rock, which is scheduled to open on Beltway and Charleston Boulevard by the end of March.

Station executives say they have not decided on the final cost and have begun design work.

The Aliante Station will include many features known as the company’s other properties, including several restaurants, meeting spaces, and buffets.

Station executives are also considering movie theaters, spas, and other functions.
