Affiliate GamblingCom Group has completed its acquisition of Freebets.com and related assets. The recently concluded acquisition is expected to affect company earnings and adjusted EBITDA for the remainder of 2024.

The acquisition of Prevetscom and related assets included total considerations ranging from $37.5 million to $42.5 million.
