Bruxelles (Belgio), 18 feb. (LaPresse) - "Diciamo la verit , le tasse nei Paesi della zona euro sono gi molto alte". Lo ha detto il presidente della Bce, Mario Draghi, rispondendo alle domande in un'audizione al Parlamento Ue. "La questione - ha sottolineato Draghi - non è indebolire il consolidamento fiscale, ma come attenuarne gli effetti". Il numero uno dell'Eurotower ritiene che occorre procedere con "l'attuazione rapida di riforme strutturali" e che il consolidamento fiscale deve essere "costruito bene, basato meno sulle tasse". "Se i governi hanno piani fiscali dettagliati a medio termine - ha spiegato Draghi - che sono credibili e dettagliati, si recupera la fiducia dei mercati. Quanto più sono dettagliati i piani, tanta più fiducia si recupera". A un parlamentare europeo che contestava la sua dichiarazione su un'eccessiva pressione fiscale, Draghi ha risposto che "il livello di tasse elevato è per me un fatto, non una dichiarazione politica". Il presidente della Bce ha inoltre chiarito che "soltanto tramite consolidamento fiscale e riforme strutturali si può ridurre lo spread".
Draghi ha spiegato che l'euzona ha "cominciato il 2013 con un contesto più stabile rispetto all'anno precedente per le riforme dei governi, ma servono sforzi più grandi per uscire dalla crisi e ristabilire stabilit e crescita". Secondo l'ex governatore di Bankitalia "nonostante il miglioramento dei mercati finanziari dall'estate scorsa" e i "segnali di stabilizzazione", ancora "non c'è un miglioramento dell'economia reale" anche se "una ripresa molto graduale è attesa per la seconda parte del 2013". Sulla questione dei cambi che ha dominato il G20 del fine settimana, Draghi ha chiarito che "il tasso di cambio non è un obiettivo politico, ma un elemento importante per la stabilit dei prezzi". Il banchiere centrale ha spiegato che il comunicato finale del vertice di Mosca "non è deludente".

Vienna (Austira), 19 feb. (LaPresse/AP) - Tutti nudi al museo di Vienna. Senza veli, però, non sono soltanto i soggetti ritratti nei quadri, ma anche i 200 visitatori che ieri si sono presentati al museo Leopold. L'iniziativa è stata organizzata in occasione della mostra intitolata 'Naked man' (uomo nudo). Con indosso solo scarpe e occhiali, a vedere la mostra dedicata alle raffigurazione della figura maschile dal 1800 a oggi si sono presentati anche visitatori provenienti da Australia e Brasile. Uno di loro, viennese, ha spiegato di avere deciso di partecipare all'iniziativa consigliato dalla figlia, che gli ha fatto notare la sua abitudine di girare normalmente nudo per casa. Per un altro visitatore, un tedesco, questa esperienza corona un sogno: "E' qualcosa di insolito, ho sempre voluto passeggiare nudo in un museo". E dalla sede museale, attraverso il portavoce, fanno sapere che da tutto il mondo fioccano richieste di persone interessate a questo tipo di tour molto particolare. Una originale operazione di marketing da parte del museo, che ha promosso la mostra con manifesti che raffigurano uomini nudi, scegliendo un messaggio sicuramente molto esplicito.

Miami (Florida, Usa), 18 feb. (LaPresse/AP) - L'account Twitter di Burger King, catena statunitense di fast food, sarebbe stato violato da alcuni hacker. Poco dopo le 12 locali, le 18 in Italia, al posto della foto del profilo della compagnia è infatti apparso il logo di McDonald's, a fianco di un messaggio in cui veniva annunciato che la societ era stata venduta ai rivali dagli archi dorati. In seguito sono stati pubblicati commenti con insulti razziali, riferimenti all'uso di stupefacenti e altre oscenit . La catena di fast food, che ha sede a Miami, non ha ancora risposto alle richieste di commenti.

Roma, 18 feb. (Adnkronos) - Sanzioni amministrative per 6,4 milioni di euro irrogate dal Prefetto di Salerno. A tanto ammonta la cifra che l'amministratore della piattaforma di download 'Italianshare', sequestrata nei mesi scorsi dalle Fiamme Gialle, dovra' pagare allo Stato. E' la piu' elevata sanzione pecuniaria mai comminata per violazione delle leggi in materia di diritto d'autore in Italia. Lo rende noto un comunicato della Fimi, la Federazione Industria Musicale in Italia. La vicenda, che ha portato al sequestro del sito e alla sanzione amministrativa nei confronti del suo amministratore, risale ad alcuni mesi fa ed e' stata condotta dalla Guardia di Finanzna di Agropoli, coordinati dalla Procura della Repubblica di Vallo della Lucania (SA). Nel luglio scorso le Fiamme Gialle avevano gia' arrestato l'amministratore di 'Italianshare', P.G., un quarantanovenne noto in rete con il nome di 'Tex Willer'. Il sito veniva definito da Finanzieri un vero e proprio "supermarket della pirateria tra i piu' diffusi in Italia", con 300.000 mila utenti iscritti, 550.000 accessi mensili e 31.402 opere coperte da copyright illecitamente poste in condivisione. La piattaforma 'Italianshare' offriva ai propri utenti la possibilita' di usufruire di links dai quali poter effettuare il download di un numero molto vasto di prodotti cinematografici, libri e riviste, serie TV, cartoni animati, videogiochi, software e musica, tra cui opere musicali 'pre-release' e videogiochi non ancora posti in commercio.

Roma, 19 feb. - (Adnkronos) - ''Stiamo indagando e in tempi rapidi arriveremo'' a una conclusione. Il presidente della Consob, Giuseppe Vegas, risponde cosi' ai giornalisti che gli chiedono se l'Autorita' abbia un ruolo attivo negli accertamenti in relazione all'andamento del titolo Saipem legato all'annuncio del profit warning.
