L'album 'Nonostante tutto' (Universal Music Italia) e' prodotto artisticamente da Davide Maggioni e scritto interamente, testi e musiche, da Antonio Maggio. ROMA (Reuters) - La sospensione dell'Imu sulla prima casa non vale per immobili signorili, ville e castelli, cioč quelli classificati in catasto con le categorie A/1, A/8 e A/9.
Secondo quanto si legge nella bozza del decreto legge all'esame del governo, la riforma della tassazione immobiliare dovr diventare legge "entro la data del 31 agosto 2013".
In caso contrario, il decreto precisa che "il termine di versamento della prima rata" slitter dal 17 giugno "al 16 settembre 2013".
La riforma "dovr essere attuata nel rispetto degli obiettivi programmatici indicati nel Documento di economia e finanza 2013 come risultante dalle relative risoluzioni parlamentari e, in ogni caso, in coerenza con gli impegni assunti dall'Italia in ambito europeo", precisa il decreto.
Tra le linee guida per "riconsiderare l'articolazione della potest impositiva a livello statale e locale", il decreto cita "la deducibilit ai fini della determinazione del reddito di impresa dell'imposta municipale propria relativa agli immobili utilizzati per attivit produttive".
La sospensione riguarda "abitazione principale e relative pertinenze", gli immobili "appartenenti alle cooperative edilizie a propriet indivisa, adibite ad abitazione principale e relative pertinenze dei soci assegnatari" e gli alloggi regolarmente assegnati dagli Istituti autonomi per le case popolari (Iacp) o dagli enti di edilizia residenziale pubblica".
Il ministero dell'Economia fornir anticipazioni di cassa ai comuni. L'impatto in termini di fabbisogno dovrebbe essere di circa 2 miliardi.
Il ministero dell'Interno rimborser ai sindaci "gli oneri per interessi".
L'articolo 3 del decreto conferma, per "i membri del Parlamento che assumono le funzioni di presidente del Consiglio dei ministri, ministro o sottosegretario di Stato", il divieto di cumulo con l'indennit parlamentare.
La bozza indica in 496 milioni le nuove risorse destinate al rifinanziamento della cassa integrazione in deroga ma, secondo una fonte governativa, il testo ufficiale del decreto dovrebbe confermare i 700-800 milioni indicati ieri dal ministro per gli Affari regionali e le autonomie locali, Graziano Delrio.
La copertura dei primi 500 milioni č garantita da due voci: fondo sociale per l'occupazione e fondi regionali.
L'articolo 4 proroga inoltre "al 31 dicembre 2013" i contratti non a tempo indeterminato nella pubblica amministrazione in scadenza a fine luglio.
