(ASCA) - Roma, 31 mag - Dopo cinque mesi di sensibili aumenti
dei prezzi al consumo, l'inflazione a maggio mostra, in linea
con le nostre stime, una variazione nulla rispetto ad aprile
ed un modesto ridimensionamento del tasso di crescita
rispetto all'anno precedente. Ancora una volta a determinare
l'andamento dei prezzi ha contribuito in misura significativa
la componente energetica che ha mostrato, per i prodotti non
regolamentati (benzina e gasolio), un calo, controbilanciato,
in parte, dall'ulteriore aumento dei regolamentati (energia
elettrica). Questo e' il commento dell'Ufficio Studi di
Confcommercio ai dati sull'inflazione diffusi oggi
dall'Istat.
Alla luce di alcuni interventi gia' decisi (incremento di
2 centesimi delle accise sui carburanti, aumento dei prezzi
di alcuni servizi pubblici locali e l'innalzamento dell'Iva
in autunno) vi sono forti dubbi - continua la nota - sul
fatto che il dato dell'ultimo mese possa rappresentare
l'inizio di una fase di rientro dell'inflazione. Queste
misure, determinate dalla necessita' di risanare la finanza
pubblica, sia a livello centrale che locale, in assenza di
significativi interventi sulla spesa, rappresentano -
conclude l'Ufficio Studi - un ulteriore peso sulle famiglie,
con la conseguenza di limitarne la capacita' di spesa e la
ripresa dei consumi, elemento fondamentale per il riavvio di
una fase di sviluppo del paese.
