Footprints from past to future

Looking at the footprints left on a snow white field, reminds me the time when I used to run breathless down the slopes nearby where I lived.
How sweet those times were....friends, candies shared with dearest fellows and nothing to regret.
Where are you now? What have you done with yourselves up to now? Why have you become so silent?
How bad I need you now and wish our time back to come.
Frozen steps are ahead...warmer ones still there, waiting to be discovered once again.
Just hold on for a while... not for long, please do so.
