I ain't marching anymore

Mi è stato chiesto il testo della canzone del mio video "I ain't marching anymore" ed io accolgo la richiesta con piacere. Mi rendo conto che, anche per chi sa l'Inglese, la pronuncia di uno "Yankee" come Ochs non è di facile comprensione .

In questo pezzo, Ochs, impersonando idealmente gli U.S.A., racconta di tutte le guerre combattute, dei milioni di esseri umani morti, ogni volta in nome di un ideale..... conclude dicendo che, qualsiasi sia il motivo che spinge a fare una guerra, qualsiasi nome "poetico" venga assegnato ai missili portatori di morte: LUI NON MARCERA' MAI PIU'.

Il suono della sua chitarra è arrabbiato e, piene di convinzione, sono le sue parole: quelle di chi ha marciato, in prima persona, contro la guerra in Vietnam ed ha speso la sua breve vita a lottare per i Diritti Civili negli Stati Uniti.
