Quando mi va di divagarmi..asclto il blues...il blues dei Rolling Stones.
La particolarità dei dischi dei Rolling Stones, é che c'é sempre una ballata melodica, malinconica e maledettamente struggente di Keith Richards..cantata dalla sua voce bassa, intensa e corrotta dalla vità...e a me rimane in testa per gioni e giorni...e poi per mesi e mesi...specie quando piove...Tom Waits lo ospitò in un suo album...se ricordo bene (e dovrei ricordare bene) era "Bone Machine"...ed usava dire al suo chitarrista Ribot..;"Ehi, suonami questo pezzo alla Keith Richards...fallo più ala Keith..." quando si ritrovò in studio di registrazione Keith...il povero Tom non sapeva più che dire!!!...insomma il Nostro rotolante é davvero un grande artista e sa come farti sentire malinconico...virtù rara e molto ma molto salutare!!!!
Nell'utimo album dei Rolling Stones...che contiene il tormentone della Vodafone (streets of love...bello anche questo)...c'é un brano - intramuscolo, breve, intenso e meravigliosamente tirato via..."This place is empty, so empty, it's empty without you..."
