Dear sir/madam,
I am writing regarding the horrifying actions of Guillermo Habacuc Vargas, who paid local children to catch a dog on the street and then confined, starved and publicly displayed the dog as an "art" exhibit until the innocent animal died of starvation.

I, along with many people worldwide, am outraged that Guillermo Habacuc Vargas has been selected to represent Costa Rica in "Bienal Centroamericana Honduras 2008.” This man is by no definition of the word an artist.

Each and every person who knew of and witnessed the suffering of this innocent dog is guilty of causing its unnecessary death.

I urge you, do not condone the heinous actions of Guillermo Vargas by allowing him to participation in Bienal Centroamericana Honduras 2008. He should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for this animal’s death, and should not be allowed to represent Costa Rica as an artist, for to refer to him as such is an insult to all true artists.

Le sto scrivendo riguardo delle orribili azioni commesse da Guillermo Habacuc Vargas, il quale ha prima pagato bambini del luogo affinché catturassero un cane randagio, poi lo ha confinato, senza cibo ed acqua e mostrato al pubblico come “arte” finché l’animale non è morto di fame.
Io, insieme a moltissime persone da tutto il mondo, sono oltraggiato dal fatto che Guillermo Habacuc Vargas sia stato selezionato per rappresentare il Costa Rica alla "Biennale Centroamericana di Honduras 2008”. Quest’uomo non è un artista.
Ogni persona che sapeva e ha testimoniato la sofferenza di questo innocente cane, è colpevole di averne causato la morte.
La sollecito a non condonare le atroci azioni di Guillermo Vargas, permettenfogli di partecipare alla Biennale Centroamericana Honduras 2008.
Dovrebbe essere perseguito dalla legge per aver causato la morte dell’animale, non gli dovrebbe essere consentito rappresentare il Costa Rica come artista, considerarlo tale sarebbe un insulto ai veri artisti.
