... ho letto un libro stupendo, che mi ha lasciata senza parole; ne ho letti tanti, di libri, veramente tanti; ma questo ... sarebbe un crimine non leggerlo.
Perciò: "L'UOMO CHE NON POTEVA MORIRE", di Timothy Findley.

I read an awesome book, and it left me without words; I have read a lot of books, really a lot; but this one ... it would be a crime not reading it. Therefore: "PILGRIM" (should be the English original title for what in Italian has been translated with The man who wasn't able to die - very very funny ... ), by Timothy Findley. A bite: "On 17th April 1912 a man named Pilgrim tries to commit suicide by hanging. But a few moments after they find him, his heart starts beating again. Accompanied by his beloved friend Lady Symbol Quartermaine, Pilgrim enters the psychiatric clinic that Jung manages in Zurich, With the famous analist, the man began a real battle which leads him to confess his astonishing story: a story that continues since 4000 years and includes characters such as Leonardo, Henry James, Oscar Wilde ... Is Pilgrim crazy? Are his memories the result of an ill mind or do they prove his immortality?"
