La Terra è un posto meraviglioso. Basta allontanarsi dalla cosiddetta civiltà per ricordarsene. Ed è proprio in quest’ottica che Christian Ziegler ha fotografato i più antichi ecosistemi del nostro pianeta, dal Perù al Congo, dal Madagascar all’Australia. A futura memoria, con sottotesto un grido di aiuto, leggibile nello sguardo della femmina di Bonobo fotografata in Congo.

Non so quanto possa essere utile ma, guardando le specie nelle foto, credo che ognuna di esse, a differenza del fotografo, rappresenti un essere superiore e se un giorno questo pianeta si dovesse trasformare anch’esso in un sasso inutile come la luna o un altro dei tanti sassi inutili dell’universo, quegli esseri superiori saranno gli unici a poter dire “non è stata colpa mia”.
Addormentarsi con la coscienza a posto non è roba da poco.
Certo, la coscienza a posto fa la differenza, e se ha qualcosa da rimproverarti fa la differenza all’opposto.
