Io sono uno che quando va a mangiare in certi ristoranti, non so mai distinguere le cose che si possono mangiare, da quelle che sono messe nel piatto per guarnire. Tipo che ti portano un pezzo di carne e sul bordo del piatto ci sono una foglia d’insalata e tre olive. Ecco. Io non sono mai del tutto sicuro se le foglia d’insalata e le tre olive si possono mangiare o no. Che io, sinceramente, mangerei tutto..solo che non mi va di fare la figura di quello che in certi posti non ci va mai. Allora mi guardo intorno e osservo quello che fanno gli altri. E noto che spesso, nessuno mangia la foglia d’insalata e le tre olive. Allora non le mangio nemmeno io. Che sennò pare che son quello che c’ha una fame arretrata di sei mesi. Che però uno potrebbe anche dire: “si, ma se allora non le devo mangiare, che cazzo me le metti nel piatto a fare?”. E l’altro potrebbe dire: “..vabbè..è una guarnizione per rendere il piatto più piacevole da un punto di vista ottico”. E tu potresti controbattere: “ho capito…ma allora tanto vale mettere, che so, un cristallo di swaroski..appaga lo stesso la vista e almeno sei sicuro che non lo devi mangiare”. E l’altro potrebbe continuare: “ma che c’entra…si mettono cose che hanno a che fare con la cucina…cose comunque commestibili, ma che son lì solo per un fatto estetico”. E tu allora potresti dire: “vabbè…allora si potrebbero mettere i bocconcini per i gatti, per dire…sempre roba commestibile è (se sei un soriano o un siamese), ma almeno siamo altrettanto sicuri che non si deve mangiare”. E l’altro potrebbe dire: “ho capito…ma mica puoi fracassare le palle così…vatti a mangiare una pizza e non ci rompere i coglioni”. E francamente, non avrebbe torto, ti dirò.
Ed io almeno sarei sicuro che la pizza la posso mangiare tutta, senza sentirmi uno che non sa un cazzo di bon ton.
