Tom non cade più

Ogni tanto mi capita di avere dei flash sonori e visivi di video e canzoni che ho ascoltato negli anni. Ieri mi è tornato in mente Tom Petty che ho conosciuto con il pezzo "Learning to fly" ma che mi era piaciuto anche nel pezzo "I won't back down". E' una canzone del 1989 e ricordo che a Videomusic (o forse era già MTV) il video lo passavano continuamente. Sulla canzone in rete c'è un po' di pareri discordanti. Sulla pagina inglese di Wikipedia c'è scritto che è stata incisa dal solo Tom petty nell'album "Full moon river" del 1989 e in effetti sembra proprio così. Cercando il testo invece risulta accreditata quasi ovunque come Tom Petty & The heartbreakers che è il nome del gruppo fondato da Tom negli anni settanta e anche il video ufficiale su Youtube è nella pagina del gruppo. Boh.... Comunque sia la canzone mi piace e Tom ritornerà presto sotto... altra forma. Piccola nota... Il chitarrista nella canzone e anche la seconda voce è un certo George Harrison e il batterista... Ringo Star. E scusate se è poco... Buon ascolto e buon martedì!
