Elton è sempre in piedi

Ieri sera abbiamo visto "Rocketman" il film uscito nel 2019 sulla vita di Elton John da quando era bambino al 1983, anno in cui si chiuse in un rehab per abuso di tutto... sesso, droga, alcool, farmaci e.... pazienza di chi gli stava accanto. Un bel film, a tratti anche triste sull'inaffettività dei genitori che ha avuto ripercussioni nei suoi rapporti con gli altri anche a causa di un ego che cresceva a dismisura col successo e con qualche perla tipo la scelta del nome d'arte guardando una foto dei Beatles e in particolare Lennon nell'ufficio del produttore. "Elton... come?" "Mmmmm.... Elton John" Il film si chiude con "I'm still standing" (Sono ancora in piedi), scritta dopo l'uscita dalla comunità di recupero che è la canzone del giorno.
