Altro giro, altra corsa. 31 è soltanto un numero, ma le soddisfazioni sono reali e ritorniamo a girare la ruota della vita, a correre per rafforzare i sentimenti che si immergono nei giorni.
Per noi la ripetizione non è noiosa perché il gioco vale la pena e ti dona gioia. Anche quest’anno sfogliamo il libro della vita con la serenità che ci contraddistingue, fotografando la felicità dentro giorni faticosi, nella ripetitiva quotidianità.
Vuoi una ricetta della felicità? Quando non dico nulla è per la paura di pronunciare qualcosa peggiore del silenzio. Ma oggi val la pena di aprirsi con le parole che fanno bene all’anima, con le parole migliori del silenzio. La felicità è dentro di te, è la scelta di essere felice e non puoi cambiare come le persone ti trattano o cosa dicono di te. Però puoi cambiare la tua reazione, questo sì. Azioni e parole degli altri potrebbero tramutarsi in un sogno bello e positivo. Potrebbero. Non sempre è così. Ma hai una ruota di scorta dentro il tuo animo, dove vivono quotidianamente le persone che ami e che hai amato. Ti daranno sempre risposte e soluzioni concrete. Cara figlia deliziosetta, i nostri sentimenti sono una fortezza inattaccabile, i nostri compleanni si susseguono con la cadenza dei nostri cuori. Gli anni trascorsi diventano foreste bagnate dalla pioggia o illuminate dal sole caldo dell’estate. Sono ricordi senza nostalgia, né tristezza, perché sono il nostro patrimonio. Aumentano con gli anni e ogni anno si arricchisce il nostro patrimonio.
